Janice is a dedicated and results-driven HR Leader leveraging over 25 years of experience to guide and lead organizations in achieving their human resources related goals.
Over her career, she has provided strategic HR management at small to mid-sized companies in San Diego. Her diverse industry experience includes automotive, biotech, environmental services, and high-tech R&D. Janice has expertise in all aspects of HR including: Compliance, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Risk Management, and Workers’ Compensation. She received both her Bachelor’s degree and her MBA from SDSU.
